It just feels good to make things.

I’ve always been driven to create. I enjoy taking an idea that seems too difficult or unconventional, and bringing it to life.

About:

Greg Tuthill is a self-taught sculpture artist.

Working in the mediums of steel and glass. Utilizing techniques including 3d and 2d CAD design mixed with manual construction, welding, grinding and finishing.

He is interested in the contrast between new media and modern techniques, with aged materials and manual processes. Greg is exploring the use of electronics and internet connected art as a new dimension in highlighting the interplay between new and old.

His work is characterised by strong geometric lines, complex but clean structure, and elements of balance.

Also an experienced Bonsai practitioner which influences his sculptures and design perspective.
